Land Management Engineer

We are currently seeking an Engineer - Infrastructure Land Management to expand our client’s team in Surrey, BC.

The successful applicant will be involved with providing leading edge Land Management consulting services to existing and new clients including efficiently and effectively executing projects. The successful candidate will provide high quality return on client investment in our services through complete and insightful work products - delivered on time and within budget. The individual will also participate in marketing our client’s services through sole source marketing efforts and pursuit of competitive marketing opportunities. This individual would manage projects in multiple industries including; water, sewer, storm water, electric, transportation, parks, and solid waste utilities.

The ideal candidate possesses:

Engineering Degree from an accredited institution
4+ years of experience with Land Management processes
4+ years of experience in engineering design (municipal infrastructure systems)
P.Eng Designation in BC is an asset
Minimum total of 8 years' professional experience with a background in infrastructure/land management.
Strategic asset management experience advising government or private organisations.
Knowledge of Land Management - ISO55000 Assessment, Asset Planning, Asset Criticality, Maintenance Planning, Asset Optimization
" Experience in Information Systems - Data Collection, Asset Condition and Performance Assessment, Data Improvement, GIS/BIM, Asset Inventory, Asset Management Systems
Good verbal and written communication skills
High levels of initiative, motivation and displays drive, energy and enthusiasm for getting things done
Has strong people skills and an affinity with the client’s Company values;
